Infinity Aura Salon Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

1.1 Booking

  • Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website
  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for best availability
  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability

1.2 Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service charge
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost
  • Bridal packages require 7 days notice for cancellations

1.3 Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling
  • Late arrivals may receive an abbreviated service to avoid delaying other clients

2. Services & Pricing

2.1 Service Provision

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
  • Services may be modified based on client's hair/skin condition
  • Results may vary based on individual characteristics

2.2 Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Current prices are displayed at the salon and on our website
  • Additional charges may apply for extra-long/thick hair

2.3 Right to Refuse Service

  • We may decline service if it may damage client's hair/skin
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately

3. Payments

  • Full payment is due at time of service
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and mobile payments
  • A 2.5% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions
  • Bridal packages require 30% non-refundable deposit

4. Satisfaction & Refunds

  • If unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours
  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue
  • No cash refunds - adjustments made via salon credit only
  • Product sales are final unless defective

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Client Health

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions to products when not disclosed
  • Patch tests are required for certain services (available upon request)

5.2 Salon Safety

  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Proper conduct is required - abusive behavior will not be tolerated

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and social media is our property
  • Unauthorized use of images, logos, or content is prohibited
  • Client photos may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from services
  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the disputed service
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions when allergies were not disclosed

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Material changes will be communicated to clients
